Need a Police Check Fast?   

Follow these four simple steps:

   Lodge your application online
  Print your consent form (available as part of the application process)
  Mail your signed consent form and 100 points of certified ID to The PRM Group*1
   Log into your account and print your certificate*2

*1  PLEASE NOTE:The PRM Group cannot release the results of your check until youroriginal signed consent form and certified 100 points I.D. are received.

*2 PLEASE NOTE: 70% of check results are returned within 24 to 48 hours with the remaining 30% being returned anywhere between 2 days and 4 weeks. If when accessing the National Name Index no match is made the check is returned immediately. If a match or near match is made with one of the State or Territory Police Forces, the check has to be processed manually and can be delayed by up to 4 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: Once processed, your check will be available for you to download online and print, however, if you require a hard copy from The PRM Group, please send us your request, together with a stamped self addressed envelope.
